The Junior Administrative Staff will assist in a variety of routine office and administrative tasks, supporting the daily operations. This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with other administrative team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative functions and provide essential support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing schedules, setting up meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of legal documents.
- Facilitate internal and external communication by managing emails and drafting responses.
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and virtual events.
- Provide administrative assistance for travel arrangements and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic data analysis when required.
- Support various projects and tasks, collaborating with other team members as needed.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in a junior administrative role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online communication tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities.
