The Formula for Your Next Career Move

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 30-minute Flexi period. Adapts for DST.
Work Setup: Permanent Hybrid (onsite in Makati for training, work-from-home options after)


Crunching the Numbers: What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Director in tracking action items, managing appointments and schedules, and preparing reports.
  • Follow up on and report the status of all action items.
  • Call external providers to gather necessary information.
  • Conduct online research and information gathering.
  • Set up client files in the financial planning software (XPLAN).
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
  • Prepare client documents, forms, and Excel templates.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and various other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills That Count: What We're Looking For

  • Must be a college or associate degree graduate.
  • At least 6 months of CSR or similar experience (handling calls and administrative tasks).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must sound confident and professional on the phone.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Experience in client services and administration is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with outbound or inbound phone calls (no selling or cold calling).
  • Experience with Australian-based companies preferred; experience in Australian financial services is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
