ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Responsible for contributing to the growth of a category (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales and transaction volumes of the category
  • Focus on acquiring sellers, groups, communities, or LGUs that can bring many users to join and use the platform for their business
  • Responsible for managing relationships with sellers, groups, or LGUs after the acquisition, including supporting these sellers' onboarding, training, and incubation process
  • Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data and translate them into valuable reports
  • Provide market insights from the seller's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
  • Assist in troubleshooting seller’s issues and concerns and liaise with internal departments - Operations, Payments, and Marketing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Has at least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in a startup and ecommerce is a plus
  • Passionate about business digitization, website design & development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PPT) and G-Suite
  • Team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • ● Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking
