Responsible for contributing to the growth of a category (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales and transaction volumes of the category
Focus on acquiring sellers, groups, communities, or LGUs that can bring many users to join and use the platform for their business
Responsible for managing relationships with sellers, groups, or LGUs after the acquisition, including supporting these sellers' onboarding, training, and incubation process
Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data and translate them into valuable reports
Provide market insights from the seller's perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
Assist in troubleshooting seller’s issues and concerns and liaise with internal departments - Operations, Payments, and Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Has at least 2 years of relevant experience; experience in a startup and ecommerce is a plus
Passionate about business digitization, website design & development
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PPT) and G-Suite
Team player with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
● Agile quick-learner with a go-getter attitude; able to proactively learn on the job and is comfortable multi-tasking
