Junior Software Engineer(Centric Group)

We are currently open in hiring FRESH GRADUATES of IT and/or Computer Engineer courses!

Responsibilities:

• Will be functional Zendesk Expert


• Responsible for ensuring the adoption and configuration of Customer Service best practices, recommendations, and configuration.


• Responsible for onboarding and introducing Zendesk platform


• Responsible for training the Customer based on how the configuration is implemented in Zendesk and discussing the Key features.


• Collaborate with the Zendesk Team

Qualifications:

• Knowledge or skill in JAVA, Javascript, JSnode, C++, PHP, SQL, CSS, HTML


• Experience in Network or OS like WIndows Servers or Linux


• With experience is an advantage


• Ready to start ASAP
