As a Labor and Employment Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labor and employment matters, as well as handling tax-related concerns and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing labor and employment policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.
- Providing advice and guidance on labor and employment matters, including employment contracts, employee benefits, disciplinary actions, and termination.
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations in relation to employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Preparing and submitting tax reports, returns, and other required documentation to the relevant Philippine tax authorities.
- Handling tax audits and resolving any tax-related issues or disputes.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in labor and employment laws and tax regulations, and advising the company on any potential impact.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal teams, to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Philippine taxation, including income tax, employee compensation, and other relevant tax matters.
- Excellent understanding of payroll processes and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and relevant HRIS or payroll systems.
- Professional certification in HR, accounting, or taxation is a plus.
