What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to lead development projects and manage a team of developers.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with other automation and integration tools and platforms.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in automated environments.
- Experience with API integrations and web services
- Strong understanding of application development principles, workflows, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Power Platform tools and integrating them with other Microsoft technologies and services.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
What will you do?
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective and scalable solutions.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
- Ensure the quality, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members on using Power Platform tools and solutions.
