What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven ability to lead development projects and manage a team of developers.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with other automation and integration tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in automated environments.
  • Experience with API integrations and web services
  • Strong understanding of application development principles, workflows, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Power Platform tools and integrating them with other Microsoft technologies and services.

Nice to Have:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.

What will you do?

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective and scalable solutions.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure the quality, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Power Platform applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members on using Power Platform tools and solutions.
