POSITION SUMMARY:
The position will have primary responsibility towards Learning and Development processes and activities, collaboration towards seamless implementation and execution, across locations. This position will work closely with Head of L&OD and collaborate with HR and Business teams to plan and deliver Learning interventions to facilitate future growth and development.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
1) Total 3-5 years work experience, with 2+ years in Learning & Development roles
2) Experience with facilitation on virtual platforms for large audiences
3) Manage end to end L&D projects
4) Reporting and MIS

1) Strong Business and Client centricity
2) Excellent communication and Facilitation skills
3) Learning agility
4) Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and
stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualification:
1) College Degree/Masters degree/Diploma in HR
2) Experience in Assessment / Development centers
3) Competency mapping and development
4) Behavioral Coach certification / experience
5) Instructional Design certification / experience
Preferred Technical Skills:
1) Experience with Learning Technology (LMS, eLearning, and learner engagement tools)
2) Excellent MS Office Skills
