As a Loan Processor, you will be an integral part of a team, responsible for supporting the assessment of end-to-end loan applications processes. You will undertake various tasks related to pricing, valuations, documentation verification, general administration, and report generation. Additionally, you will play a key role in data entry and management within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to delve deeper into income calculations, living expenses assessment, lender scenarios, and service calculations.
Job Description:
-Evaluate pricing valuations to assess the risk and profitability of loan applications.
-Ensure accuracy and compliance with pricing guidelines.
-Handle pricing requests from internal and external stakeholders.
-Coordinate pricing activities and ensure timely responses.
-Request supporting documents from loan applicants.
-Verify the authenticity and completeness of supporting documents against a checklist.
-Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the credit analysis process.
-Generate property reports and credit reports based on analysis findings.
-Provide comprehensive insights to aid decision-making.
-Ensure data integrity and completeness for effective tracking and reporting.
-Review income calculations, living expenses, lender scenarios, and service calculations.
-Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance the credit assessment process.
-Input and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
-Manage Applications from start to finish
Requirements
-Ability to communicate effectively and articulately in English, both in writing and verbally.
-Strong focus on accuracy and precision in tasks and work outputs
-Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities, with a drive to achieve goals and objectives.
-Willingness to share knowledge, provide support, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
-Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while dealing with setbacks or obstacles
-Openness to acquiring new skills, knowledge, and experiences
-Experience using Flex and Broker Engine is not essential but is a plus
