Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees day to day operations of the store.
- Plans, organizes, and leads as necessary to achieve profitability and sales targets.
- Mobilizes people, systems and processes in the store in order to conform to set quality management standards.
- Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of Jamba brand
- Able to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Provide a healthy consistent smoothie
- Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions
