Management Trainee

About the job

We are looking for Management Trainees to work with the executives in developing and executing management strategies of the bank. This role is best suited for candidates who are willing to pursue and gain valuable experience under the following banking tracks: Risk, Consumer Lending, Financial Markets and Wealth Management, Corporate Planning and Controllership.

The program will also enhance the trainees leadership skills and assume critical or successor roles in the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree of any course
• Fresh graduates with above average grades
• Has the passion to develop a long-term career in the banking
• Analytical, strategic, digitally-savvy and string problem solving skills
• Strong and effective verbal and written presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working applicants with less than a year of experience are welcome to apply
