The company is currently operated by a solo venture and looking to expand the team to manage our growing client base more effectively. We aim to build a dedicated team of professionals who can work independently to drive our business forward.

Role Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data processing, and administrative tasks, and have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets. The role involves supporting the management of Google Ads accounts, generating reports, and handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Google Ads accounts for six clients, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Perform data processing tasks, including updating ad accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Generate and analyse reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and respond to social media comments and interactions.
  • Conduct location targeting to optimise ad reach and effectiveness.
  • Assist with copy writing tasks to create compelling ad copy and marketing materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the business operations.
  • Collaborate with Gabriel and other team members to implement marketing strategies and achieve business goals.


Requirements
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency, demonstrating an understanding of agency dynamics and client management.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing industries and their unique needs, ensuring tailored and effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, and other essential marketing tools, showcasing a strong technical skillset.
  • Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms, enhancing overall marketing capabilities.
  • Proven track record in copywriting, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content for diverse audiences.
