Bachelor's Degree in any University, preferably in the field of business management or marketing
- Assist in the end-to-end development of WHAMS merchandise and collaterals (freezer stickers, hambassador uniforms, caps, Sales shirts, promo displays, etc.) from coordinating with suppliers, development of artworks, to managing deliveries and nationwide deployment.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of WHAMS in-trade activities and e-commerce programs.
- Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing counterparts to ensure seamless and on-time execution of WHAMS programs.
- Conduct trade checks, competitive and pricing reports during the season
- Help in monitoring warehouse and trade inventory levels throughout the Christmas season to ensure timely depletion of inventory.
- Assist in preparation of PAWs and handling billings and PRMs to ensure timely payment process of suppliers
