Job Requirements:


  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. 
  • Support content creation for Colabs website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. 
  • Help manage Colabs social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance. 
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online assets. 
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and competitor activity. 
  • Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including promotion, logistics, and follow-up activities. 
  • Help maintain and update the company's CRM and email marketing database, ensuring data is accurate and segmented appropriately for campaigns. 
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing marketing collateral. 
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to track campaign performance and ROI.

Core responsibilities:


  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a marketing support role, preferably in the events or exhibition industry. 
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content. 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and basic familiarity with social media scheduling tools. 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) and basic understanding of CRM tools.
