Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Manage and curate content for multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement

  • Create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our audience and drives interaction

  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads

  • Design eye-catching graphics and visual content for various marketing materials

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute 12-13 annual marketing campaigns

  • Develop comprehensive plans for each marketing initiative, from concept to implementation

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies








Requirements




  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and management tools

  • Experience in content creation and basic graphic design skills

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Creative mindset with a knack for innovative thinking and problem-solving

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST

  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
