We are currently seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our own team at Paired. As a Marketing VA, you will support the marketing efforts of our agency, assisting with various tasks to help promote our services and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule social media content across various platforms.
- Designing brochures, and instructions, pitch decks, apps for updating websites
- Monitor and engage with followers and users on social media.
- Assist in the management of email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Assist in content creation for blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual events or webinars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to develop marketing materials.
- Track and analyze marketing data, including website traffic and social media engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Able to website updates in Wix, Β some redesign based on existing Wix templates.
- Polishing instructions for clean presentation, clear layout etc.
- Creating icons specific to our product
- Polishing presentation decks/designing certain slides
- Creating Linked in posts etc.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing software and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of market research and content creation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Passion for remote work and contributing to a positive team culture.
