What Are We Looking For?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on Australian end-to-end loan processing.
- Proficiency in MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker, or similar CRM platforms within the mortgage broking sector.
- Solid understanding of IT concepts and technologies that support mortgage processing.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and professional approach.
- Experience with Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities efficiently.
- A proactive and responsible attitude, with a track record of making sound decisions to achieve objectives.
- Analytical mindset, capable of tackling problems with a logical and systematic approach.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
What Will You Do?
- Accurately input data into MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL) systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Generate application paperwork for various mortgage processes, including First Home Buyer schemes, grant applications, and discharge forms.
- Conduct thorough document compliance checks to ensure adherence to NCCP requirements.
- Handle valuation, pricing requests, and credit checks with precision.
- Perform Living Expenses analysis to support the mortgage application process.
