Role Overview: 

• Provides support to PHG divisions on HR processes such as manpower planning, promotion planning and performance management


• Assists in facilitation and execution of HR Operations


• Responds to inquiries of line managers on people processes


• Collaborates with leaders in the execution of HR plans and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course


• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience


• Preferably with Business Partnering Experience or has experienced 2 or more functions in HR


• Project management skills, process orientation and background in Pharma business is a plus


• Can work with speed and agility and strong in execution
