DescriptionAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- To proactively monitor all delivery movement from origin to destination across our different service types.
- Troubleshoot any possible delays or actual delays
- Actively reach out to stakeholders at all or any points within supply chain to identify and solve issues
- Work closely with the Delivery Operations executives team to understand and evaluate process
- Monitor and ensure on time deliveries or orders/shipments.
- Build a community culture with high standards and strong values
- Ensure our service professionalism and availability
- Identify, build and enforce process improvements to manage the driver operations team effectively
- Troubleshoot and solve issues faced by delivery partners and merchants
- Own the weekly performance of designated hub including deliveries, fulfilment, and customer experience
- Any other tasks as assigned by Managers
- Build a pool of logistics service providers who are able to support Teleport’s requirements for first-mile delivery, customs declaration and clearance, last-mile delivery and additional logistics services
- Work closely with the Delivery Operations Teams and Growth Teams to define go-to-market strategy, service needs and priority geographies / routes for door-to-door deliveries

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least an undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years working experience, predominantly in an operational capacity
