• Submit borrower loan information into the FHA system for case number assignment
  
• Check borrower eligibility for government programs using the CAIVR system
  
• Assign VA case numbers through the WebLGY portal
  
• Communicate with processors regarding any errors in the case number assignment process
  
• Maintain a pipeline of loans and follow up on pending government validation processes to ensure eligibility for federal loan programs
  

Requirements
