Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to the VP, including data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
Develop and manage Excel-based tools for operational tracking, forecasting, and analysis.
Analyze e-commerce metrics, sales performance, and customer trends to provide actionable insights.
Assist in the end-to-end process of managing business-to-consumer product operations, from sourcing to customer delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Contribute to closing strategies and operational improvements to meet and exceed targets.
Manage and optimize day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
Excel Wizardry: Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.).
Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a passion for working with data.
E-commerce Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, metrics, and trends.
Experience in Consumer Products: Familiarity with business-to-consumer product operations and processes.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an operational or analytical role, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products.
Proven track record of creating efficiencies and contributing to operational success.
