Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. Weekend work may be required during peak periods (<1% of the time).
Experience Required: Four years in search marketing or equivalent experience.
Overview: The Paid Search Specialist will manage search campaigns and should possess four years of experience in Paid Search, Display, or Shopping campaigns. Candidates should be self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Implement campaign components: keywords, ad copy, site optimization.
- Optimize shopping feeds and account structures.
- Conduct account audits and monitor performance goals.
- Develop strategies aligned with client goals.
- Lead client calls and provide troubleshooting support.
- Assist in data collection and reporting.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and improve skills.
- Maintain certifications in search engine marketing tools.
Requirements - Four years of search marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree with critical thinking and quantitative skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Google AdWords and Analytics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Preferred:
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads, and other PPC tools.
- Google Certifications.
- Experience with third-party bidding and real-time bidding software.
