Paid Social Media Consultant

Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Paid Social Media Consultant who can work with us full-time and on-site!

As a Paid Social Media Consultant, we would need you to be analytical and data-driven with proven experience in optimising paid social campaigns in Meta with demonstrated ROI, a creative and innovative mindset with a positive attitude to dream up never-done-before strategies to support the client’s portfolio, Experience developing cross-channel media plans, delivering on scope, and managing client experience and expectations, Financial literacy with the ability to develop paid media strategies to maximise profitability.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

• Developing, executing, and managing paid social media campaigns on platforms such as
• Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Spotify, and others.
• Conducting thorough audience research and targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Creating compelling ad copy and creative that resonates with target audiences, with the support of marketing executives
• Setting up of Google Analytics, Pixel, conversion tracking, and performance reporting dashboards
• Sourcing UGC for paid campaigns with the support of marketing executives
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Optimising campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting strategies as necessary based on performance data.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
• Client partnering / account management

We would need you to be or have the following:

• Adept Facebook Business Manager, including account set-up and hygiene, campaign set-up, audience building, and pixel tracking set-up with an optimisation and performance-oriented mindset
• Adept at setting up and managing e-commerce campaigns
• Experienced with reporting, data and analytics using GA4
• Up to date with social media trends and content formats
• Experienced with conjuring up audience targeting and creative content strategies for the different stages of the customer funnel
• Adept at copywriting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
