Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, and CRM platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical background, and strong AI tool backgrounds (i.e. has used tools, can write prompts for ChatGPT, etc)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-sales prospecting, including identifying potential leads and gathering relevant data.
  • Analyze existing clients and competitors to provide insights and identify opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate new and emerging tools to support business operations and innovation.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls, ensuring alignment with priorities and availability.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications, including correspondence with account managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing and prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and flagging important communications.
  • Organizing and optimizing the CEO's calendar to maximize productivity
  • Assist in drafting, organizing, and revising scopes of work and project outlines.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to client projects, research, and administrative tasks.
  • Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, or proposals.
  • Formatting and proofreading important documents.Creation of Guides and training materials using AI Dubbing tools for ENABLE, GHL, etc.
  • Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deadlines in coordination with team leads.
  • Assist in organizing and managing Asana boards and other project management tools for team collaboration.
  • Consolidating + Managing Financial Invoices/Receipts for Financial Team
  • Compiling and summarizing reports from different departments or external sources.
  • Tracking key performance metrics and providing regular updates.
  • Book and manage personal appointments, such as doctors, dentists, and other personal obligations
  • Plan and confirm reservations for dining, travel, and personal activities.
  • Handle occasional personal errands, such as purchasing gifts, coordinating with vendors, or managing household-related tasks.
  • Research and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for personal or professional purposes.
  • Provide support with reminders and to-do lists for personal tasks.
  • Manage communication with service providers for home maintenance or other personal needs.
  • Sourcing of limited edition sneakers upon release. Β Β 
Working Conditions
  • Mondays- Fridays between the hours of 9 am-6 pm EST
