Part-time Finance Support (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Relevant Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in finance support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (experience with QuickBooks and Xero is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams

What will you do?

• Complete Manual Books of Accounts: Finalize COSPH 2023 and COSRHQ 2024 accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance by December.
• Assist with Annualization: Upload employee 1701 forms to EBIR and support the annualization of income for tax purposes.
• Payment Posting and Clearing: Post and clear payments for previous months in Dynamics, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of accounting and payroll tasks
