Job Summary: Payroll Assistant is responsible in the preparation of payroll of field regular staff; preparation and computation of other remunerations of LBMF staff such as 13th month pay, 14th month pay (if there is any), final pay settlement, clothing allowances, sick leave conversion, and monthly/quarterly incentives, etc.
