Shift: Dayshift, Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fixed weekends off
Work Setup: On-site, Makati (Hybrid setup will need the client’s approval once regularized)
Salary: PHP 55,000 To PHP 80,000

Your Day: A Step Ahead in Real Estate Support
- Manage the COO's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Prioritize incoming communication, including emails, calls, and inquiries, with timely responses
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute documents for COO meetings
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare confidential reports and presentations as requested
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, building and managing spreadsheets, expense management, and record-keeping
- Anticipate COO needs, optimizing their time and effectiveness
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in all communications

Requirements
The Skillset to Support and Empower

3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives

Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and presentation creation (Microsoft PowerPoint)

Advanced Excel skills for building and managing spreadsheets

Flexibility to assist in other office functions as needed

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
-
Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude

Finance background is an advantage, though not required
