Salary: PHP 55,000 to PHP 80,000

Roll Up Your Sleeves and Engage in Meaningful Duties
  • Proactively manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings both internally and externally.
  • Act as a gatekeeper by prioritizing incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and other inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Prepare for COO meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents to attendees.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare confidential documents, reports, or presentations as required by the COO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, creating meeting slideshows, building and managing spreadsheets, managing expenses, and maintaining records for the COO.
  • Anticipate the COO's needs by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize their time and effectiveness.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Undertake ad-hoc management duties as required.

Requirements

Cultivate the Key Attributes That Position You as the Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and experience in creating presentations and slideshows using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Excel for building and managing spreadsheets.
  • Ability to assist as an office all-rounder when requested.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude.
  • A finance background is a plus but not required.
