We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a strong financial background. This role involves supporting executives with various tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.








Requirements

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

  • Assist in managing financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects are on track.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong financial background with experience in financial management and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
