Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing financial tasks, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients to ensure projects are on track.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong financial background with experience in financial management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
