Job Title:
Community Administrative Assistant  
Location: Remote (Philippines)  
Working hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday
Salary: $2,000/month  

Role Overview:  
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to support our growing community of pilots. This role involves customer service, content management, and marketing support, making you a vital part of our team. You will assist community members with their job search, manage help desk inquiries, and repurpose content for new marketing campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Pilot Job Search Support: Research and identify both military and civilian job opportunities for community members.
  • Customer Service: Handle help desk tickets, resolve member inquiries (e.g., login issues, subscription tracking).
  • Content Repurposing: Use AI tools (e.g., Vizard.ai, Gemini's Notebook LM) to transform videos, blog articles, and other content into new formats for marketing purposes.
  • WordPress Management: Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in customer service, content management, or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong content creation and community engagement experience.
    • Knowledge of email marketing and digital advertising.
    • Ability to repurpose long-form content into various formats for marketing.
    • SEO optimization and experience managing wiki-style content.
    • Expertise in developing member retention strategies.
    • Experience with onboarding processes and coaching programs.
    • Data entry and website management skills.
    • Experience tracking analytics and providing regular updates.
    • Willingness to participate in strategic planning and development initiatives as the role evolves.
