What you'll do:


As a POS Agent/Reseller (CSR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our POS agents and resellers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and assistance to our network of POS agents and resellers, helping them effectively navigate our products and services. This position requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.


Key responsibilities for this role include:



  1. Customer Support:


    • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to POS agents and resellers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

    • Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns related to our POS products, services, and systems.

    • Guide customers through product setup, configuration, and usage to ensure a smooth experience.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.


  2. Technical Assistance:


    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by POS agents and resellers, including hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

    • Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

    • Provide guidance and training to POS agents and resellers on technical aspects of our products and services.


  3. Product Knowledge:


    • Develop a deep understanding of our POS solutions, features, and functionalities.

    • Stay updated on product updates, new releases, and industry trends to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

    • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles to support POS agents and resellers.


  4. Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with POS agents and resellers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.

    • Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support customer retention and expansion efforts.


  5. Training and Education:


    • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate POS agents and resellers on product features, best practices, and sales techniques.

    • Develop training materials, tutorials, and resources to empower customers to maximize the value of our POS solutions.

Successful candidates must have:


  • Open for Fresh Graduates.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Aptitude in delivering presentations.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa and work on night shift schedule.
