In this role, the PDTSL is responsible for liaising between the Operations Leader/Manager and the team of associates, to ensure that client services are delivered promptly and accurately in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
This role involves investigating and analyzing deductions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies, maintaining a high level of accuracy, providing mentorship and development to associates, facilitating team meetings/presentations to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Execute assigned A/R targets in line with AOP
• Conduct detailed, effective 1\:1 with team members
• Identify and resolve unexpected gaps impacting accounts receivable
• Develop and maintain a productive, collaborative, working relationship with business counterparts
• Identify opportunities continuously for process improvements in the accounts receivable and deductions management processes
• Provide recommendations to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency
• Participate in governance meetings at country/region level
• Deliver client expectations in terms of A/R SLA’s consistently
• Lead weekly/periodic operations meeting with client
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, deductions management, or a related financial role
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP (High Radius) systems, SAP, Trace/APEX/Forge and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Expert knowledge of end to end, business to business, accounts receivable processes including but not limited to, Cash Application, Billing, Reporting, Reconciliation and Deductions Management
• Specialist in driving root cause analysis and problem resolution
• Risk mitigation and escalations management
• Management/leadership experience required
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to recover funds and resolve deduction disputes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Ability to do multitasking work and good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and implement effective solutions
• Understanding of the industry and customer-specific requirements related to deductions
