Project Coordinator

• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation, including both ingress and egress processes
• Collaborate with the Research and Design Team to finalize technical specifications and maintain a smooth production workflow.
• Ensure material requests align with design requirements and are submitted in a timely manner.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to Management and Sales teams.
• Oversee the mobilization of deliveries and installations, ensuring on-time execution and adequate manpower in coordination with the Production Supervisor
• Work closely with the Production Supervisor and Foreman to align and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Foreman on project timelines

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator (Fabrication Company)
• Possesses a strong and confident personality
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt easily-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
