What You’ll Do
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify and implement more efficient management strategies for proposals and ongoing projects, enhancing customer success.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project proposals, client onboarding, and other key processes.
- Utilize leading project management software to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work closely with other teams and partners for training to provide solutions and improve processes.
- Manage communications with clients or customers to drive new sales and business as a repeat client or customer.
- Undertake process improvement projects to enhance training programs and other processes.
- Assist Customer Service in managing customer response needs and product-change ticket creation.
- Monitor and guide team members to maintain progress and adhere to project timelines, ensuring the smooth operation of all initiatives.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding customer success.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years experience as a Project Manager on marketing creative projects or within a digitally-focused marketing environment
- Experience directly managing clients, as well as, multidisciplinary internal project teams
- Ability to “translate” between clients, creatives and key stakeholders, keeping everyone’s interests and needs integrated as part of a project’s successful completion
- Rigorous organization and management skills; conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project.
- Ability to inspire, support, and understand the interplay between people, clients, processes, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Expertise in defining process efficiencies and enhancing customer success.
