Description

Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Property Management Admin Assistant to work with us full-time and on-site!
Where?πŸ“ Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

  • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable (invoices, payments, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organised and easily accessible.
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with data entry and analysis as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  • Commercial invoice processing, high priorities being council and water rates
  • Documenting all property manager and support team processes and procedures
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements

We would need you to be or have the following:

  • Experience in entering and reconciling invoices is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Wizardous data entry skills
