ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly driven rock star sales person who thrives in a fast-paced

start-up environment with solid experience in sales, account management, or

business development in technology or marketing solutions. The core of this

candidate lies in the importance of forming quality relationships with customers and

their business.

You will be working with a lean team of customer experience consultants, designers,

UI/UX specialists, solution experts, and developers to deliver the best quality

solutions for our client's needs. To be successful in this role, you must be someone

who has an amazing attitude towards learning and connecting with different

personalities.

You will be mainly responsible for the following:

+ Executing the sales strategy for Blink services and products mainly around the

Customer Experience portfolio, and pushing for 100% achievement of set goals

+ Engage on cold calls and cold email based on target segments for specific

solutions and high-value prospects, including existing customers of Centric

Group

+ Qualify prospects and handle all general inquiries pertaining to Blink solutions

+ Contribute to pre-sales and post-sale activities by understanding the client’s

needs, and ensuring we provide them with the best solutions.Support the

team through continuous administrative tasks and complete various client

retention and up-selling projects.

+ Build relationship and gather prospects in the Public Sector

+ Responsible for searching projects in PHILGEPs and execution and submission

of Proper documentation for Bidding

This role is perfect for you if you;

+ Have at least 2 years of Sales experience selling SAAS solutions, experience

with a Customer Experience solution is a plus. (MUST)

+ Sales, account management, solution selling background or relevant work

experience in the Public Sector. (MUST)

+ Have excellent essential skills: oral and written communication skills, people

skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail

+ Have a passion for sales – you value forming great relationships and are

comfortable in dealing with C-level executives and clients.

+ Ability to build rapport, create connections, and drive engagement with

partners

+ Have experience in dealing projects and engagements with Public Sector

(MUST)
