Shift: Day Shift, Following DST - 6-3pm during DST, Mon-Fri - 7am-4pm non DST

Reality Check: Essential Tasks That Drive Your Day-to-Day Success
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain appliance breakdowns.
  • Identify spare parts needed for repair based on breakdowns.
  • Work alongside technicians to understand their notes and request necessary parts.
  • Research each appliance to determine required parts.
  • Prepare quotes for repairs, including pricing and availability.
  • Research appliances to ensure compatibility with existing space.
  • Prepare quotes for new appliances, including pricing and availability.
  • Verify the quality of quotes prepared by assistants.
  • Liaise with technicians to gather additional information as needed.
  • Review checklists to ensure all quoted items are correct.
  • Send completed quotes for final review by the quotes specialist.
  • Assist in filling out daily quotes reports.
  • Inform the quotes specialist of any missing information from technicians for tracking.
