Unicorn Role Overview:

Are you a skilled marketing professional with experience in real estate content management? We’re seeking a Part-Time Real Estate Marketing VA to handle cross-platform content distribution and optimization. This role is perfect for someone who excels at content repurposing, social media management, and maintaining a consistent online presence. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in real estate marketing, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Repurpose and distribute content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Nextdoor, and homesbyrise.com.
• Create and publish community-centered content (1-2 posts weekly).
• Transform YouTube content into engaging blog posts for the website.
• Manage Just Listed/Just Sold announcements with creative copywriting.
• Regularly update and optimize the Google Business Profile.
• Create and distribute email newsletters to engage with the community.
• Source, edit, and publish engaging content for social media posts and stories.
• Tag relevant community members and partners in social media posts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

• 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing.

• Proficiency in content repurposing and optimization across platforms.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms.

• Understanding of SEO and optimization of Google Business Profiles.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Experience creating and managing email newsletters.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A creative eye for content presentation.
