Unicorn Role Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Real Estate Marketing Assistant with strong graphic design skills and expertise in Canva. In this role, you’ll assist with everything from collateral creation to client support, leveraging your real estate marketing experience to elevate our brand and client offerings. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with a passion for real estate and marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Create stunning brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with organizing and managing email communication and scheduling.
• Provide client concierge support, connecting clients with vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
• Use RELA to create property websites and HighNote for polished listing presentations.
• Manage email campaigns using Flodesk to maintain and nurture client relationships.
• Maintain and update Google My Business listings to boost online presence.
• Support general administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
