We’re looking for a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts with engaging content and execute marketing tasks including social media content, email campaigns, direct mail, and marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and managing cohesive social media content, developing visually engaging email campaigns, coordinating branded direct mail efforts, and producing high-quality marketing materials that align with our overall branding and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaigns: Design and implement visually appealing email marketing campaigns that not only communicate effectively with clients and prospects but also reinforce the company’s brand identity through consistent use of colors, fonts, and imagery.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and design high-quality marketing materials, such as one-pagers and promotional content, ensuring all materials are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines. Focus on creating a cohesive visual experience that strengthens the brand’s recognition and appeal.
  • Social Media: Strategically create and manage social media content that not only engages potential clients but also maintains a cohesive brand image across all platforms. This includes using consistent visual elements and messaging that reflect the company’s core values and identity.
  • Website Customization: Customize and update the company website with a focus on cohesive design elements that reflect the current listings, promotions, and brand personality. Ensure that the website’s look and feel are in line with the overall branding strategy to provide a seamless experience for visitors.
  • Direct Mail: Coordinate and execute direct mail campaigns that are not only timely and effective but also consistent with the company’s branding. Design direct mail pieces that contribute to a unified brand experience, ensuring all communications are visually and thematically aligned.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing, branding, and design.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with social media management, website customization, and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant design software like Canva, Photoshop, and similar.

Additional Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, committed to a 20-hour workweek.
  • Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday.
  • Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
  • Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS).
