ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, your role will encompass various tasks that drive the success of our real estate operations. Responsibilities may include:
• Handling inquiries from social media, emails, and phone calls.
• Identify and initiate contact with potential leads and stay in touch with clients and prospects.
• Coordinating schedules for property showings and meetings with the clients
• Conducting backend work such as gathering property details and market trends and maintaining accurate databases and records.
• Manage property posts on social media pages and create multimedia content
• Create and update property listings and assist with documents and paperwork.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and offering valuable insights.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Proficiency in English with strong customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience in a BPO company.
• Relevant experience in sales, data entry, cold calling, and appointment setting.
• Sound knowledge of real estate practices and terminology.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zillow, Google Docs, Excel, Google Drive, VPN/Call Center Software, and CRMs like Follow Up Boss.
• Ability to conduct efficient internet research and lead generation.
• Aptitude in dealing with deal analysis and data tracking.
• Comfortable with social media management and content creation.
• Quick adaptability to new software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bookkeeping experience and familiarity with QuickBooks is a PLUS.
