Step Up to the Plate—Explore the Crucial Tasks and Challenges

Recruitment Expertise:

  • Support all business units in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Plan selection procedures, including identifying key competencies for assessment and determining evaluation methods.
  • Act as the focal point for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts.
  • Assist in developing job requisitions and descriptions.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisitions and descriptions to identify required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
  • Maintain knowledge of the number of resumes needed for open positions.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Engage candidates through screenings and communicate job requirements for various skill and experience levels.
  • Maintain accuracy in the recruitment pipeline platform and generate insightful recruitment reports.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including data analytics for acquiring top talent.
  • Execute core recruitment functions, including interviews, testing, character reference checks, salary offers, and report generation.
  • Use Behavioral-Based Interview techniques for screening and qualifying applicants.
  • Create Behavioral-Based Interviewing and pre-screening questions.
  • Complete skill and/or personality assessments.
  • Analyze information provided on employment applications.
  • Work with hiring managers to make offer recommendations and close on selected candidates.
  • Present offers and conduct negotiations with candidates.
  • Participate in onboarding tasks, including offer letter submissions and final paperwork completion.

ATS Management:

  • Enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system daily.
  • Generate recruitment metric reports manually and using the applicant tracking system.
  • Create, file, and maintain a filing system for resumes, applications, and miscellaneous paperwork.
  • Convert resumes and maintain application records.

Sourcing Strategies:

  • Document research methods for sharing with other recruitment team members.
  • Train the recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS feeds, networking groups, and sites like LinkedIn.
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse candidate pipeline using research, networking, and database mining.
  • Manage referral sources.
  • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a consultant to stakeholders on recruitment requirements, movements, and related concerns.
  • Handle recruitment planning, develop action plans and targets, and suggest effective sourcing strategies for client departments.
  • Provide educational opportunities to managers on the selection process as needed.
  • Establish proactive and open communication channels with hiring managers, candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Actively involve stakeholders by seeking input, providing updates, and addressing feedback for a collaborative talent acquisition experience.
  • Provide hiring managers with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity.
  • Work with hiring managers to determine best-fit candidates, coordinate interviews, receive timely feedback, and present/manage offers.
  • Conduct recruitment-related meetings as needed.

Effective Communication:

  • Practice effective communication daily, ensuring accurate verbal and written correspondence through available channels.
  • Respond to all queries from internal and external stakeholders with accurate information.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Ensure compliance with guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements related to safeguarding organizational information and data privacy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of private information handled at all times.

Other Duties:

  • Perform any administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by the company's representatives through direct written orders or verbal assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for roles in Accounting and Finance and/or Mortgage.
  • Experience working in a BPO or offshore staffing company.
  • Experience working with global clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Competency in database management and record-keeping.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Unrelenting work ethic and passion for recruiting and producing results.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
