Building a Workforce of Compassion: Your Role Explained

  • Proactively source, select, and hire high-quality, engaged Care Professionals through effective pipeline management.
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service that provides a best-in-class experience while exceeding quality and compliance expectations.

Recruitment Strategy and Engagement:

  • Oversee the entire candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging process aligned with quality and growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment strategies on social media and job boards by creating innovative and timely content and campaigns.
  • Use market and competitor knowledge to identify and enhance the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Meet targeted recruitment figures consistently.

Recruitment Administration:

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment-related data using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulators, and franchise standards.
  • Process candidates efficiently through the SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Complete all pre-employment checks and organize required documentation.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain effective communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support candidate selection activities, including interview scheduling and assistance as needed.

Compliance & Legislation:

  • Oversee all recruitment activities to ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory bodies, and franchise standards.
  • Ensure adherence to the Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in recruitment and employment practices.

Data & Analytics Utilization:

  • Utilize recruitment data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.

Employee Referral Scheme Management:

  • Implement and maintain an Employee Referral Scheme tailored to Care Professionals.
  • Support the management and promotion of the Employee Referral Scheme.

Optimization & Best Practices:

  • Optimize recruitment tools and stay updated on best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Carry out any other duties necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Requirements

Skills that Make You the Ultimate Care Recruiter

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment services.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, with knowledge of preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment-related legislation, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
  • Experience utilizing social media and digital communication tools for recruitment purposes.
  • Confidence and self-motivation with the ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships to promote recruitment opportunities.
  • Proven experience using various attraction methods to source high-quality candidates.
  • Solid understanding of candidate screening and selection processes.
  • Experience utilizing recruitment data to inform and optimize decisions.
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional 9-5 hours to meet business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, ATS platforms, and virtual communication tools, with the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
