About the position
As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will support goFLUENT global recruitment needs.
You will be in charge of finding talented candidates to grow our global team by evaluating applicants and building networks of potential hires. You will be assisting managers from different countries with their recruitment needs.
What youll do
Recruit the best! People are our most important asset.
Use a mix of headhunting, job adverts and referrals to identify future hirings.
Own the interview process (screening, interviews and case studies when needed) working with hiring managers to objectively assess candidates experience, and most importantly, their potential
Ensure the best candidate experience: ensuring candidates are kept up to date all the way through the recruitment process
This includes:
Using a multi-sourcing approach to find active and passive candidates (LinkedIn, job postings, events, networking, etc)
Assessing candidates via telephone, video calls, in-person meetings and case studies
Advising internal hiring managers on profiles and the talent market in general
This is a unique experience to work in a fast paced scale up environment. We use tools and processes to be efficient, but you will have to think outside the box to be successful!
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast growing company
Credible and reliable, the foundations of being a trusted advisor
Good communication skills
