They are now looking to hire a Referrals Admin Assistant to support their growing team and streamline their referral process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process General Practitioner (GP) referrals.
- Prioritise and scoop eligible resident referrals for further action.
- Maintain and update referral trackers and audit records.
- Liaise with case managers to chase outstanding referrals and streamline referral pack processing.
- Ensure efficient flow and management of referral packs.
Requirements - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude and patience when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Excel data entry and familiarity with bespoke applications.
