Description

Our client is an Australian company providing trusted medication management services to elevate healthcare safety and clinical outcomes.

They are now looking to hire a Referrals Admin Assistant to support their growing team and streamline their referral process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process General Practitioner (GP) referrals.
  • Prioritise and scoop eligible resident referrals for further action.
  • Maintain and update referral trackers and audit records.
  • Liaise with case managers to chase outstanding referrals and streamline referral pack processing.
  • Ensure efficient flow and management of referral packs.



Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and patience when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel data entry and familiarity with bespoke applications.
