Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building & Account Management:
    • Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
    • Use a consultative approach to identify clients’ business goals and provide value-added services that drive results.
    • Proactively engage clients through regular communication to address their needs before they arise.
    • Leverage strong relationships to generate client referrals and uncover new business opportunities.
    • Oversee contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
    • Facilitate regular client feedback sessions to measure satisfaction and improve service quality.
    • Provide strategic insights for marketing campaigns based on your close interactions with clients.
    • Foster client relationships through personal engagement, including face-to-face meetings, events, and informal get-togethers.
       
  • Client Management
    • Develop strategic plans to manage, grow, and optimize client accounts.
    • Monitor account performance, delivering regular reports and insights to clients.
    • Quickly resolve client issues or concerns to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure clients fully understand and benefit from our full range of services and offerings.
       
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling
    • Identify and seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, tailoring solutions to meet client objectives.
    • Present compelling, customized proposals that align with client needs and showcase additional value.
    • Monitor sales performance and analyze client data to uncover trends and new opportunities.
    • Partner with the sales team to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
    • Stay up-to-date on the agency's services to confidently communicate value to clients.
       
  • Consulting
    • Take a strategic, consultative approach to helping clients achieve their business goals.
    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client challenges and provide tailored recommendations.
    • Offer expert advice based on industry trends and best practices to elevate client growth.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, asking probing questions to challenge clients’ perspectives and drive business improvement.
    • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate our expertise and solutions.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.
       
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with project managers to ensure resources and teams are aligned with client goals and deadlines.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients and internal stakeholders to meet project expectations.
    • Proactively address any delays, ensuring projects are completed on time.
    • Utilize project management tools like ClickUp and Instagantt to manage tasks and provide clients with transparency.
    • Work closely with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
       
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Lead and organize client meetings and pitches, effectively communicating ideas and strategies.
    • Participate in brainstorming and creative ideation for pitches, client projects, and strategic initiatives.
       
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay current on market developments and trends within advertising, digital, creative, technology, and marketing.
    • Continuously update your knowledge to ensure clients receive cutting-edge advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
