We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Remote Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via various communication channels, resolving concerns efficiently, and building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience to handle a high volume of internal and external customer inquiries, including escalations.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Initiate, execute, communicate, and document projects as needed.
- Act as a liaison to other departments, ensuring follow-up to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other areas to identify, analyze, and improve processes.
- Track relevant information and data into appropriate databases for reference and analysis.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to diffuse customer concerns and provide solutions effectively.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Intermediate problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule according to business needs.
