Residential Property Manager

Role Overview:

As a Residential Property Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for property owners. Your responsibilities will include client onboarding, financial reviews, and coordination with internal teams. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of property management are essential.

What We're Looking For:

• Direct experience as a Property Manager, with a strong decision-making background


• Ability to work in Central Standard Time (Graveyard shift)


• Comprehensive knowledge of housing regulations and property management finances


• Ability to manage challenging client interactions effectively


• Fluent English communication skills with a neutral accent


• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management


• In-depth understanding of US Residential Maintenance processes


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure


• A reliable work-from-home setup
