Location: Laguna

Work Set Up: Full time, Day Shift

Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles

Qualifications:

• College Level
• Confident & Charismatic
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation)
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
• Open to shifting schedules
• Work Status: Regular Employment
