Requirements

Selling Smarts Required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, or account management
  
• Proven track record of success in direct sales, with the ability to generate and qualify leads independently
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing, including social media outreach
  
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  
• High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and innovation
  
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  
• Strong team player with a flexible, cooperative attitude
  
• Ability to build effective long-term business relationships and close sales
